In order for you to make purchases in MVX-Mall you would need to charge your Wallet. Once the wallet is charged you can go ahead and do your shopping.
Tracking of orders is between the vendor and yourself, depending the courier that has been used. As each vendor have their own arrangements you would need to contact the vendor directly. Their details will be in their vendor profile.
This is entirely between the shopper that made the purchase and with the vendor that did the sale. Please contact the relevant vendor. Should you have any issues or concerns please voice these with MVX-Mall via an e-mail. We will look into the matter and do the necessary and ultimately provide feedback.
